Coverage
Nasatka warrants that all new products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period specified in your product’s purchase agreement. Coverage begins on the date of shipment or substantial completion of installation (whichever applies).
Warranty coverage generally applies to:
- Structural integrity of steel and other primary materials
- Workmanship and fabrication quality
- Factory-installed mechanical components
- Factory-installed electrical and control systems
(Exact warranty terms may vary by product. Refer to your sales contract for the warranty period and conditions specific to your purchase.)
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Improper installation, operation, or maintenance not performed by Nasatka or an authorized service provider
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or environmental exposure (rust, fading, discoloration)
- Modifications or repairs performed without Nasatka’s written authorization
- Damage resulting from acts of God, terrorism, natural disasters, or force majeure events
Owner Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, owners must:
- Follow all recommended maintenance schedules provided by Nasatka
- Use only authorized replacement parts and service providers
- Promptly report any issues to Nasatka’s Warranty & Service Department
Filing a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim:
- Contact Nasatka’s Warranty & Service Department at 1-855-NASATKA or via e-mail at contact@nasatka.com.
- Provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include photographs or video when possible to help expedite evaluation.
After review, Nasatka will determine if the claim falls within warranty coverage. If approved, Nasatka will repair, replace, or provide necessary parts at no cost for the covered item, per the terms of the agreement.
Limitations of Liability
Nasatka’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of covered components. Nasatka is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or damage to other property.
